Delivery Information

Where is my order made and shipped from?

All products are made in Australia and shipped from Melbourne Australia.

When will my Minimolie order arrive?

We understand how eager you are to receive your custom name order! Rest assured, we strive to dispatch your order with care and efficiency. Typically, we aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send through tracking information via email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder.

Most standard shipping orders will arrive within 2 – 8 business days from dispatch depending on your location. WA and NT usually take around 5 – 7 business days. Express orders will arrive within 1 – 4 days from dispatch within Australia.

 

International orders are shipped via Standard Air Australia Post and usually take around 6 – 15 Days.

 

What are your shipping options?

Domestic orders can be shipped via Standard Australia Post or Express Australia Post, you can select your option at checkout.

International orders are shipped via Standard Air Australia Post, if you’d like to ship via DHL Express, please e-mail us at info@minimolie.com and we can quote and arrange accordingly.

 

Can I update my address one my order has been shipped?

Once your custom name order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to the address or modify your order. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, but during the delivery process, our couriers have specific systems in place that make it challenging to make address adjustments.

If you still wish to update your address while the package is in transit, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

 

What happens if no one is home to accept the delivery?

If there is a safe location out of side of the road, the courier will leave your order in a safe location. Otherwise a card will be left with further instructions.

 

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

If you're experiencing a delay with your delivery, we understand how frustrating that can be. The best course of action is to get in touch with Australia Post, by calling them at 13 76 78. Don't forget to provide them with your consignment number so they can quickly assist you. Their friendly and helpful staff will investigate the situation and provide you with more details about your delivery.

Please note that while Minimolie does its best to assist, we have limited visibility into the delivery process. Our team can only provide you with the information that is available on the tracking website. Nonetheless, we'll do everything we can to support you and ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible.

 

What should I do if my delivery arrives damaged?

At Minimolie, we understand how important it is for your order to arrive in perfect condition. If you happen to receive a damaged package, we're here to assist you.

 

1: Do not reject the delivery

2: Capture photos of the damaged product and also the packaging (if applicable).

3: Contact us with the necessary information. Once you have taken photos and noted the damage, please send us an e-mail to info@minimolie.com and we will swiftly address the issue and satisfactory resolve the situation.

Can I further customise my order?

Absolutely! We offer personalisation options – add your child’s name to any item for that extra touch of magic. If you’d like further customisation e.g. different colours, just contact us at info@minimolie.com and we will see what we can do!

 

Refunds and Returns

 

Do you accept refunds and returns?

Every item we offer is meticulously crafted to order and cannot be returned. However, if you encounter any problems with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly!

 

I just received my product and there is an issue, what can I do?

Bummer! No worries, the Minimole team take the quality of our product very seriously and are here to help. If there is anything you believe is faulty with the product you received, please contact us at info@minimolie.com  within 48 hours of receiving the product and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.  

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours. If it is outside of the 6 hours we can still cancel your order if we haven’t started work on creating it yet, just shoot us an e-mail to check. Depending on your bank it may take up to 5 days for the credit to be sent to your account.
